For emergencies, please consult your GP or go to A&E. Your practitioner will have access to your complete medical history with us to ensure continuity of care. Unless specified otherwise, services offered on this website are available only within our clinic. Please note that the initial visit is typically for a consultation only. Treatments or procedures are usually scheduled later after your in-clinic assessment. All marketing and advertising are directed solely at residents within the United Kingdom. Exclusions and Limitations
All information on this website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, this Company:
- Disclaims all representations and warranties concerning this website and its contents or any which may be provided by affiliates or other third parties, including any inaccuracies or omissions.
- Disclaims all liability for any damages arising from or related to the use of this website. This includes but is not limited to, direct losses, loss of business or profits (whether such losses were foreseeable, arose naturally, or whether you informed us of their potential), as well as any damages to health, appearance, computer software, systems, data, or any other direct or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These exclusions and limitations apply to the extent permitted by law and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Payment
Our clinic operates privately, and the NHS does not cover our services. Most private insurance policies will reimburse our consultation and treatment fees for medical issues when pre-authorisation is obtained. UK-based or international insurance policies generally do not cover the diagnosis and treatment of cosmetic or aesthetic conditions. Payment terms require settlement in the clinic on your consultation or treatment day. Accepted payment methods include cash and all major credit and debit cards. Although we do not process insurance claims directly, we can assist you. Should insurance coverage initially seem applicable but later be denied, you agree to assume responsibility for the full fee. We advise verifying coverage with your insurance provider to avoid unexpected costs. All goods remain the Company’s property until paid in full. Suppose your payment is not received after 10 working days of the consultation or treatment. In that case, the matter may be forwarded to our solicitors, incurring a £250 administrative charge. Outstanding balances will accrue interest at a rate of 5% above the Bank of England base rate until settled in full. We may also pursue recovery of unpaid balances after 30 days through collection agencies or the Small Claims Court, with associated administrative or legal costs you need to cover. Cheques are not typically accepted. Medication costs, blood tests, and lab analyses (such as nail or skin scrapings, swabs, and biopsies) are not included in our fees. Please get in touch with us for a comprehensive price list.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Notifications can be made in person or by phone. When leaving a voicemail, please clearly state your name, as well as the date and time of the call. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no show will lead to deposit/prepaid treatment session loss. For a second non-attendance or short notice rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no show, we reserve the right to decline future appointments.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
The Client/Patient and the Company reserve the right to terminate any service agreement for any reason, including the cessation of services already underway. No refunds will be provided for services that have commenced or are in progress. If a client books and pays for a course of treatments but decides not to complete it, no refund will be issued for the remaining treatments.
Availability
To schedule an appointment, please contact our reception, through our webpage, or through an out-of-hours agency. Appointment availability is not guaranteed. For emergencies, please consult your GP or go to A&E.

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates. Significant changes to our privacy policy will be announced on our Terms & Conditions or other key pages. These terms form part of the Agreement between the client/patient and us. Insurance Policy
The main healthcare insurance providers recognise Clapham Park Dermatology. If you plan to use your insurance policy, please obtain pre-authorisation and provide your membership number and pre-authorisation code by appointment so we can bill your insurer directly. Without these, you may self-fund and make a retrospective claim. Each insurer has different processes; familiarise yourself with these as they may only partially reimburse. After your appointment, we can provide a medical letter and invoice for retrospective claims, but we do not cover insurance shortfalls. We accept Letters of Guarantee for global or international insurers; without a letter, self-funding is required, with the option to reclaim through your insurer. If your policy has an excess, this is due at your appointment (and subsequent appointments).
